Job Description

We are looking for Cloud Sales Specialist (Security Sellers) with a strong drive to uncover new business and grow customer relationships through our indirect partner ecosystem. If you're a results-driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, this role puts you at the forefront of enabling partners and customers to adopt Microsoft Security solutions with confidence. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage named resellers from the existing database, build long-term relationships, achieve sales targets, and report results. 

  • Acquire and activate new resellers for Microsoft Security.  

  • Use data to drive go-to-market execution with partners and create, co-organize, and execute go-to-market activities. 

  • Participate in industry events like summits and bootcamps. 

  • Stay updated with knowledge and certifications in Microsoft Security. 

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to resellers or during events. 

  • Cooperate with other departments (marketing, technical) and the central team. 

 

Your Profile: 

  • Passion for technology, a continuous learning mindset, and a growth-oriented attitude 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in core sales, partner solution sales, security solution selling, or business development 

  • At least 1 years of experience with Microsoft security products or similar solutions 

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity and the Microsoft partner ecosystem 

  • Preferably experience working at a Partner, Hoster, Telco, Service Provider, or competing technology vendor 

  • Fluent in Polish and at least B2 level proficiency in English

If you agree to participate in future recruitment processes, your personal data will be processed for a period of 12 months from the end of the recruitment process. To the extent that the data is processed on the basis of consent – the data will be processed until its withdrawal, provided that its withdrawal takes place before the expiry of the retention period indicated above. The processing period may be extended each time by the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary to establish or pursue possible claims or defend against such claims by the Controller. After this period, the data will be processed only to the extent required by law. 9. You have the right to: access the content of the data and request their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and transfer of personal data. To the extent that the processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller – you have the right to object to the processing due to your particular situation. 10. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. 11. In the case of employment based on an employment contract, the provision of personal data is required by law, including primarily the Labour Code. The consequence of not providing this data is the inability to consider your candidacy in the recruitment process. With regard to data not required by law, including the provisions of the Labour Code, and in the case of employment based on a civil-law contract, providing data is voluntary.
