About the Role 

We are looking for a Junior Process Automation Developer who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in automation technologies. 

Process Automation in our context includes: 

• Traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for structured, rule-based, and logical processes 

• AI-enabled automation for handling and interpreting unstructured data (e.g. document classification, data extraction, text interpretation as part of automation workflows and using LLMs to support the processes) 

In this role, you will work on data-intensive and logic-driven processes, where information from multiple sources must be collected, structured, validated, and processed automatically to support reliable and efficient business operations. You will contribute across the full automation lifecycle, from development and testing to monitoring and maintenance, while collaborating closely with developers and business stakeholders. 

This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with strong analytical thinking and an interest in automation, data processing, and digital transformation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy process automation solutions 

• Implement RPA-based automations for structured and rule-based processes 

• Support the use of AI capabilities for processing unstructured data as part of end-to-end automation workflows 

• Automate data collection from various sources (e.g. Excel files, External Applications, Databases) 

• Store, structure, and manage data in databases 

• Generate output files, reports, and structured results that support operational processes and decision-making 

• Monitor automations and implement error handling and exception management 

• Maintain existing automations and support continuous improvements 

• Create and maintain technical and process documentation 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, maintainable, and high-quality automation solutions 

What You Need 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 

• Basic coding skills in one or more of the following: Python, JS, C#, VB.NET 

• Strong logical and analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset 

• Basic knowledge of process automation and RPA concepts, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly 

• Interest in or first exposure to AI-based automation and unstructured data processing (no requirement to build or train AI models from scratch) 

• Understanding of data structures, structured data handling, and validation concepts 

• Basic experience with or exposure to SQL and relational databases or NOSQL databases 

• Good English communication skills, written and spoken 

• Positive attitude, curiosity for new technologies, and willingness to take on challenges 

Nice to Have (Plus) 

• Hands-on experience with UiPath 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms 

• Experience using AI tools or services, including interaction with large language models (LLMs) as part of automation solutions 

• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems 

• German and/or French language skills
