Purpose 

ALSO wants to strengthen its Competence in the Area of IT Architecture with a Senior Enterprise Architect within Group IT. The aim is to decrease implementation risks and avoidance of costly design mistake, and to both gain efficiency and improve time to market by re-use of design principles. 

Main Tasks 

  • Topic Ownership Enterprise Architecture: Definition of Solution Intents considering ALSO’s strategy, Technologies and Governance 

  • Definition and Maintenance of Design Principles 

  • Group Wide Enterprise Architecture Governance Principles 

  • Consulting Senior Level Management on Enterprise Architecture 

  • Contribution to IT Strategy 

  • Lead for Application Portfolio Management 

  • Lead of Enterprise Architecture Board 

  • Evaluation of Technological and Solution Options 

  • Business IT 

  • Enterprise Architecture Methodology and Documentation of Architecture Principles and Overviews 

  • Support CIO/CTO and B-Level Head-Of Group Functions in Decision Making 

  • Ensure Cybersecurity Requirements meet Enterprise Architecture Design Principles 

Additional Tasks 

  • Supporting Establishing Cross-Domain Architecture Boards 

  • Participation in Change Advisory Boards where necessary 

  • Participation in Technological Roadmap Definition together with CIO/CTO and Head of IT 

  • Support Business and Technical Capability Management 

  • Contribution to CMDB 

Applicant Profile

Education and Experience 

  • Business and IT MA/BA Studies 

  • Min 10 y of experience as IT Enterprise Architect, ideally with min 5y of experience in an international company on group level 

  • Minimumf of 5 years experience in B2B IT, TelCo or closely related branch 

  • Experience in Cloud architecture and Security field with Preference on Azure 

  • Experience Onlineshop / Multi-Channel (B2B) 

  • B2B Integration (API, Messaging/Event Streaming, File Transfer) 

  • SAP S4/ECC ERP 

  • Hyperscaler Cloud Platform (Azure prefered, AWS, GCP) 

  • We are looking for hands-on experience and tangible results from the candidate 

Competences 

  • MUST: Enterprise Architect Certification 
    (TOGAF EA Practitioner or alike)  
  • Excellent Communicator 
  • MS Certified Cybersecurity Architect 
    or CISSP or alike that proof strong cloud security understanding 
  • Excellent Business process knowhow 
  • Ability to interact with C-Level and Group Level functions 
  • Strong Customer Orientation 
  • MS Certified Cybersecurity Architect 
    or CISSP or alike that proof strong cloud security understanding 
  • Strong Group Orientation 
  • MS Azure Solutions Architecture or similar experience/certification 
  • Excellent English in speaking and writing 
  • Familiar with EA-Tools 
  • Highly motivated personality 
  • Additional Competences 
  • Professional competence (Advantageous) 
  • Cybersecurity Certifications 
  • DP Certifications 
  • Agile Project Management, SAFE  
  • SM (ITIL or alike)
