Job Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at SWS, an ALSO Company, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in marketing, capable of developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance brand visibility.

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
· Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure the marketing strategy remains innovative and competitive.
· Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
· Continuously analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
Department Goals:
· Increase online sales revenue by a specified percentage over the next quarter/year.
· Strengthen the brand presence through targeted marketing campaigns across various channels.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
· Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance overall department efficiency.
Your Profile:
· Relevant educational background (Degree in Marketing would be considered an advantage)
· Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the ICT industry.
· Experience in a B2B and/or IT/ Software environment with a focus on IT-as-a-service/SaaS is a plus.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
· Experienced negotiator with the ability to quickly come up with creative solutions.
· Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
· Thrive in planning, executing, and achieving objectives within tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Innovative mindset, staying abreast of industry trends and implementing best practices.
Your Responsibilities:
· Create Marketing plans and present them to known vendors.
· Ensure the account management of your marketing clients.
· Coordinate your marketing planning with internal Product and Sales teams.
· Create briefings to our Creative & Digital Execution team or steer external service providers.
· Organize and implement events (e.g. partner enablement events, certification training, webinars).
· Set-up up promotions and sales incentives.
· Manage and optimize your marketing budgets.
