Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Azure Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support our Azure CSP channel by handling deployment, troubleshooting, and migration to Azure cloud solutions. This position is a great chance for professionals who want to grow their careers in cloud technology beyond customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line support for Azure-related issues, including advanced troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Assist partners and resellers with Azure CSP channel support by addressing technical questions and deployment challenges.
  • Support migration projects from on-premises environments to Azure.
  • Implement and configure Azure services.
  • Work closely with Senior Consultants on solution design and implementation.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
  • Offer training and guidance to partners on Azure services and the Cloud Marketplace.
  • Keep up to date with Azure updates, security practices, and governance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure deployments and migrations.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, CLI, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and ARM templates.
  • Knowledge of Entra ID, networking, and security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
