We are looking for a true HR Partner with a high level of ownership—someone who actively contributes to and supports the success of management by shaping people decisions where business strategy is defined. This role has real regional impact within a leading international IT organization.
As Regional HR Business Partner, you operate as a trusted advisor to leaders and a key contributor to business outcomes across your region. You combine strong ownership with handson execution, ensuring HR initiatives directly enable management effectiveness, performance, and sustainable growth.
You translate global HR strategy into local, practical solutions while building strong relationships with managers and employees alike.
Your Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner to regional management, advising on organizational design, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and workforce decisions

Drive consistent and compliant HR practices by implementing harmonized policies, processes, and tools across the region

Support leaders through critical moments such as performance issues, restructurings, exits, and returntowork cases

Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, fostering trust, transparency, and engagement

Ensure compliance with local labor law and proactively collaborate with works councils, unions, and external authorities

Partner with Talent Acquisition by supporting recruitment initiatives and participating in managerial interviews when needed

Oversee local HR operations, including contracts, benefits administration, and training coordination

Contribute to compensation decisions by defining countryspecific salary and benefits frameworks aligned with global guidelines and business needs
What You Bring:

Proven and consistent experience in an HR Business Partner, with strong stakeholder management and advisory skills

Solid understanding of local labor law and HR best practices, applied pragmatically in a business context

A strong business mindset with the ability to balance people priorities and commercial objectives

High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to think both strategically and operationally

Excellent communication skills in English and Polish; Czech is an advantage

Ability to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
