We are looking for a super motivated and customer-focused IT Support and Presales Specialist to join our team. This role combines technical support responsibilities with presales activities to ensure our customers receive top-notch service and solutions 

You should have a good understanding of English to make sure you engage with our providers and our Centers of Excellence . This position is to work for ALSO, a leading company in the IT world. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues related mainly to software and network systems. 

  • Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions. 

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and solutions. 

  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and products to provide accurate information to customers. 

  • Participate in internal and external training sessions to enhance technical and presales skills. 

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technical needs are met. 

What You Need: 

  • Fluent in Spanish and good level of English. 

  • Basic Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to software and network systems. 

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and provide timely solutions. 

  • Documentation: Ability to document issues and resolutions clearly and accurately. 

  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of security and cybersecurity principles and practices. 

  • Proven experience in IT support, with a solid understanding of security and cybersecurity solutions. 

  • Technical background with Level 1 support experience in a similar role. 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
