Summary

As a Sales Support Agent within our Administrative Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our sales processes run smoothly—from initial order entry through product launch on our e-commerce platform. You will act as a key liaison between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, product data is maintained to the highest standard, and our online presence reflects the latest offerings.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Sales Order Management: Process and validate orders in the ERP system; liaise with sales and customers to resolve discrepancies and track delivery status.

  • Product Data Maintenance: Update and manage product master data (SKUs, descriptions, pricing) across ERP and e-commerce platforms.

  • E-Commerce Support: Prepare, optimize, and audit online product listings (images, metadata, categorization); implement promotions and seasonal updates.

  • Administrative Tasks: Generate sales reports, order confirmations, and delivery schedules; handle customer and vendor correspondence.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure accurate billing, timely delivery, and smooth launch of new products.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Native or native-level written and spoken Slovene
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Good written and spoken English; able to draft clear, professional communications

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, independent worker who also thrives in a team setting

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and e-commerce platforms

  • Previous B2B sales support or customer service experience
