The Role
ALSO Technology Ljubljana is looking for a senior operational leader to take full responsibility for Logistics and selected Operational Services, while developing internal talent and ensuring cost-efficient, compliant business support functions.
This role combines leadership, operational governance, service contract management, compliance oversight, and strategic optimization. It reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer / Managing Director and works closely with local and Group functions.
Core Responsibilities
Leadership & Organizational Oversight

Full responsibility for the Logistics department, including the Logistics Administration team

Direct oversight of the Warehouse Manager

Ensuring operational stability, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
-
Aligning local operations with Group standards and strategic objectives
Administrative Operations & Talent Development
-
Overseeing the Administrative Operations / Sales Support student team
-
Onboarding, mentoring, and developing young talents
-
Positioning the department as an incubator for future professionals
-
Ensuring operational continuity while building long-term internal capacity
Service Vendor Management (Non-Trade Suppliers)
Management of operational service providers (not suppliers of goods for resale), including:

Transport and logistics service providers
-
Postal and courier services
-
Ecology and waste management providers
-
Legally required environmental and compliance services
-
Electricity and utility providers
-
Facility management partners
Responsibilities include:

Negotiating contracts and managing service relationships
-
Ensuring SLA performance and regulatory compliance
-
Continuous cost analysis and optimization
Warehouse & Facility Coordination

Negotiating and coordinating with the warehouse landlord
-
Managing relationships with subletters of warehouse and office space
-
Ensuring operational and contractual stability of facilities
Legal & Compliance Oversight

Handling legal matters relating to materials
-
Overseeing warranty documentation and legally required service documentation

Ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory obligations

Periodic representation of the company in the Chamber of Commerce
Strategic & Analytical Responsibility

Ongoing analysis of logistics, administrative operations, and service vendor costs

Implementing efficiency improvements and cost optimization measures

Delivering structured reporting to senior management

Supporting company strategy through reliable operational services
