We are looking for a Microsoft Security Sales Specialist. This role is centered on upselling Microsoft security solutions to both existing and potential customers, transforming security from a perceived cost into a strategic value-add. The individual will act as a trusted security advisor for partners, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for increasing security adoption, implementing advanced security measures, and delivering tailored, high-value Microsoft Security solutions that enhance customer protection while driving incremental revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive upselling of Microsoft Security solutions

Translate security needs into high‑value solutions that increase premium license adoption

Act as the technical Microsoft Security reference within the ACMP team

Support partners on secure cloud migration, Zero Trust, endpoint, and compliance solutions

Position security as a value‑adding, revenue‑generating service in the Italian market

Enable security‑first transition from on‑premise to cloud to grow recurring revenue
Your Profile:

Experience in Microsoft Security, Modern Workplace, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions

Strong understanding of Microsoft Security portfolio

Proven ability to combine technical expertise with a commercial, sales‑driven mindset

Experience working with partners, resellers, or customers in a B2B or indirect sales environment

Ability to translate security concepts into business value for customers and partners

Fluent Italian and professional English required
