Copilot Lead – Business Role with Strong Technical Foundation (Nordics)

Are you ready to lead the AI transformation journey in the Nordics?

We are looking for a Copilot Lead who combines business leadership with a solid technical foundation to drive adoption, revenue, and strategic positioning of Microsoft Copilot across Nordic markets.

This is a business-facing leadership role with a strong technical edge—perfect for someone who can bridge strategy and technology, inspire customers, and guide partners toward secure, scalable AI solutions.

 

YOUR ROLE:

· Own the Nordic Copilot strategy and lead Go-To-Market execution.

· Drive adoption and revenue growth, identifying priority industries and lighthouse accounts.

· Position Copilot as a strategic AI transformation platform, not just a productivity tool.

· Maintain technical credibility: understand Copilot architecture, security, compliance, and extensibility.

· Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers and partners.

· Enable sales and partners with business narratives grounded in technical reality.

· Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Security teams.

· Adapt Copilot positioning to local market trends, regulations, and customer maturity.

· Lead executive-level conversations on AI strategy, governance, and change management.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

Proven experience in business leadership, GTM strategy, or sales enablement.

Solid technical understanding of Microsoft Copilot and the M365 ecosystem.

Ability to translate technology into business impact and challenge oversimplified use cases.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
