Cloud Sales Specialist – Partner Acquisition
Are you a commercially strong advisor with the ability to recruit, develop, and scale IT partners within Microsoft’s CSP program?
ALSO is now looking for a Cloud Sales Specialist – Partner Acquisition who will play a key role in bringing new partners into the ALSO ecosystem, as well as developing existing resellers into a profitable and mature CSP business.
In this role, you will own Microsoft CSP as a service area, with a primary focus on:
- Recruiting and onboarding new CSP partners
- Developing and scaling the existing partner portfolio
- Increasing consumption, margin, and lifetime value through the CSP model
The role is clearly commercial and growth-oriented, focused on consumption and partner economics – not technical support.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and structure new and existing partners within Microsoft CSP
- Communicate and support the value proposition of the CSP model, including subscriptions, consumption, security, compliance, and scalability
- Drive partner development through onboarding, activation, and maturity journeys
- Work at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and business development
- Ownership and professional responsibility for the Microsoft CSP service area
- Contribute commercial content to marketing, campaigns, and partner programs
- Close collaboration with the Cloud team and internal sales organization
- Regular dialogue and fixed touchpoints with Microsoft
- Training and enablement of partners and internal resources within CSP
Qualifications
- Strong commercial, financial, and business understanding
- Ability to translate technical opportunities into profitable partner business
- Curiosity and interest in improving and developing the value chain within the ICT industry
- Structured, self-driven, and strong in relationship-building
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Personal Qualities
- Clear drive and ownership of your area of responsibility
- Strong execution capability and commercial acumen
- Ability to build and develop long-term partner relationships
- A team player who contributes to lifting the team
- Comfortable representing ALSO and Microsoft externally
