 Description: 

As Azure Sale Specialist at ALSO, you will be responsible for the growth of our infrastructure business. You will be responsible for defining, developing and supporting the process of selling cloud computing solutions on Azure and transitioning from on-prem solutions to cloud computing. The successful candidate will have strong technology expertise, advanced analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of the cloud market to help our clients grow their business, defining appropriate technical solutions that can bring ALSO to  new markets. In this role, you will also be part of a virtual, dynamic and growing team. 

 

Mains missions: 

  • Get results against revenue and margin targets  

  • Increase the foot print of ALSO "Cloud" in the market and strengthen our profile of cloud infrastructure solutions. 

  • Assess the skills and needs of partners and develop appropriate technology solutions to meet their business requirements. 

  • Train the trainer: program, present and demonstrate solutions from a technical point of view, both internally and externally, in commercial presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions. 

  • In-depth understanding of core cloud and data center technologies, market issues, industry trends and transitions to new and evolving business and business models. 

  • Demonstrate a business transformation and solution sales approach, providing advice and guidance on opportunities. 

  • Work independently and as a team. 

  • Travel through the regions is necessary. 

 

Profile searched: 

  • University degree in computer science or similar study or equivalent experience in the fields of Azure, IaaS, PaaS, Cloud architecture and Hybrid Cloud. 

  • Generally, 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT sector in the design and sale of complex solutions around the cloud and Datacenter, with an in-depth knowledge of the various cloud services. 

  • Proven experience in designing deployment strategies for cloud/virtualization and best implementation practices, as well as in-depth knowledge of distribution, sales channels and the IT market in France. 

  • Ability to understand what is required at all stages of the sales cycle, from understanding the customer's decision-making process to managing the sales requirement so, to complete the sale. 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as good listening and presentation skills. 

  • Autonomous, structured and effective in managing time and pressure. 

  • Strong team spirit and ability to engage in a multifunctional virtual team. 

  • Ownership, quality and passion. 

  • Mastery of English 

 

Certifications 

  • Microsoft certifications are highly valued as AZ900, AZ104.
