Agent Engineering & Development Specialist 

Are you ready to build the next generation of Microsoft Copilot agents across CEE and Western Europe? 

We are looking for 2 Agent Engineering & Development Specialists to support the design, prototyping, integration, and early deployment of agent-based solutions built with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies. These roles sit within the Agent Build Factory and are focused on accelerating hands-on execution across the E. 

You will work closely with partners, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to turn ideas into working agent solutions, support readiness for Agent 365 scenarios, and help scale practical delivery through demos, prototypes, connectors, and workshops. 

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys building, testing, integrating, and enabling others through practical execution. 

Your role 

• Build agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and support practical implementation across partner and customer scenarios. 

• Support Agent 365 readiness and help regional teams prepare for agent-led solution delivery. 

• Work with partners during agent development sessions to accelerate execution and improve solution quality. 

• Create connectors and integrations that extend the value of Copilot and agent-based solutions. 

• Build demos and prototypes that help validate use cases and support pre-sales, onboarding, and deployment preparation. 

• Deliver Agent-in-a-Day workshops and hands-on sessions to increase technical readiness and solution confidence. 

• Troubleshoot technical issues in early-stage agent development and guide partners toward scalable implementation patterns. 

• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Platform Architects, Partner Solution Architects, and skilling teams to share reusable development practices. 

• Contribute to reusable development assets, integration patterns, and technical building blocks within the Agent Build Factory. 

• Help move promising scenarios from workshop idea to deployable prototype. 

Your profile 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development, solution engineering, automation, integration, or Microsoft platform-based technical consulting. 

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and related extensibility scenarios. 

• Experience building prototypes, connectors, automations, or integrated business solutions. 

• Good understanding of APIs, connectors, workflows, and integration patterns across Microsoft environments. 

• Ability to move quickly from concept to working prototype while maintaining technical quality. 

• Experience supporting workshops, hackathons, partner build sessions, or customer-facing technical engagements is a strong advantage. 

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and partner-facing environments. 

• Comfortable working in a regional, international, and fast-evolving AI ecosystem.

• PL-400 - Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate 

• PL-900 - Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals 

• AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals 

• Relevant Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio applied skills or credentials 

Preferred 

• AI-102 - Azure AI Engineer Associate 

• PL-600 - Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect 

• AB-900 - Microsoft 365 Fundamentals 

• AZ-204 - Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure 

• Additional certifications in integration, automation, or Microsoft development are a plus
