About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Purchasing Administrator to support our procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with processes, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and who brings a structured, detail‑oriented approach to daily tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth purchasing activities, accurate documentation, and timely follow‑up across the procurement cycle.
This position does not require an IT background, but familiarity with SAP and experience in a purchasing environment are essential.
Your primary responsibilities

Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Maintain and update supplier information, pricing, and product data in SAP.

Track order status, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies or delays with suppliers.

Support internal teams by providing updates on order progress and addressing procurement‑related inquiries.

Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and documentation standards.

Prepare reports and maintain purchasing records for audits and internal reviews.

Collaborate with finance to ensure correct invoice matching and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement department (administrative or coordination roles).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Good level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with international stakeholders.

Working knowledge of SAP (MM module or similar) and comfort navigating ERP environments.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with structured processes.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a multinational or fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with basic procurement concepts (POs, PRs, supplier management, invoice matching).
