The Role

We are looking for two complementary skill sets in one dynamic role:

• Full stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems.
• Mid-Level Software Architect to support architecture design and guide development teams in implementing best practices.

You will work closely with a core team to modernize our B2B shop and web applications into a microservice-based architecture, while contributing hands-on to backend development. The role consists of 70% Fullstack work and 30% Software Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and applications
• Support transformation applications into microservice architecture
• Assist in defining and documenting application architecture in collaboration with senior architects
• Optimize and secure existing solutions (Azure Cloud). Knowledge of Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Collaborate on service strategies within the ALSO Group
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and quality assurance processes
• Provide problem-solving support throughout the software lifecycle
• Building user interfaces in Vue.js or Angular.

Your Profile

For Full Stack Development (Senior):

• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET Core and SQL
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue.js)
• Familiarity with Java Tech Stack (Spring Boot) is a plus

For Architecture (Mid-Level):

• Experience in SQL, API Gateway, Kafka Event Driven Architecture
• Skilled in reverse engineering and adapting existing service domains (Nice to have)
• Knowledge in Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes
• Ability to assist in architectural documentation and enforce guidelines under supervision
• Knowledge in Kubernetes is additional plus
