Your Profile
- Relevant education and proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within ICT distribution or a related technology field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with an understanding of the Montenegrin business environment
- Ability to identify and develop new customers while maintaining long-term partnerships
- Self-motivated, structured, and proactive in achieving sales targets
- Fluent in Montenegrin/Serbian and English (both written and spoken)
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Montenegro when needed
- High adaptability, problem-solving attitude, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international environment
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact, analysis, and strategic account planning
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales across ALSO’s full portfolio of products and services
- Negotiate agreements, prepare offers, and manage the sales process from opportunity to closure
- Ensure that ALSO remains a prioritized and preferred distribution partner for customers and vendors
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to deliver comprehensive and competitive solutions
- Monitor customer performance, follow up on budgets, and implement corrective actions where needed
- Contribute actively to the achievement of departmental and company-wide growth and profitability goals
