Job Description

Business Development Manager – Exero 

Exero, part of ALSO Group, is an innovative retail services company with a proprietary Category Management Platform. 
 
We are looking for a key figure combining business development with direct product impact, with an entrepreneurial mindset. 

Responsibilities 

  • Drive business expansion across European markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle (lead generation to closing)
  • Build relationships with retailers, vendors, and resellers
  • Grow and manage existing clients
  • Develop strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with ALSO Group entities to develop retail services business
  • Gather market and client insights
  • Work with product team to evolve the platform
  • Translate business needs into product inputs 

Requirements 

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
  • Strong relationship management skills (farming)
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • Ability to operate across business and product
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English 

Location & Setup

  • Lecco (hybrid)
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
