Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Azure Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide support for our Azure CSP channel, focusing on deployment, troubleshooting, and migration to Azure cloud solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in cloud technology beyond customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide second-line support for Azure-related issues, including advanced troubleshooting and configuration.
Assist partners and resellers with Azure CSP channel support, addressing technical queries and deployment challenges.
Support migration projects from on-premises environments to Azure.
Implement and configure Azure services
Collaborate with Senior Consultants on solution design and implementation.
Maintain documentation of processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Deliver training and guidance to partners on Azure services and ALSO Cloud Marketplace.
Stay updated with Azure updates, security practices, and governance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
Hands-on experience with Azure deployments and migrations.
Familiarity with PowerShell, CLI, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates).
Knowledge of Entra ID, networking, and security principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
